专利摘要:
A package for spraying small amounts of liquid comprises a compressible liquid filled container (5) and a conterminous system of passageways (3,4) for conveying and accelerating the liquid (from the container (5) to at least one nozzle aperture (7) when external pressure is applied to the container (5), the nozzle aperture (7) being closed (27) or the passageway system (3,4) being separated from the container by a rupturable seal to keep the liquid within the container (5). The passageway system (3,4) terminates tangentially in a turbulence space (2) provided with the nozzle aperture(s) (7). The rupturable seal may allow direct communication between the container and the passageway system or communication via an antechamber. The container may include a rupturable partition between two chambers containing liquids to be mixed. <IMAGE>

专利说明:

The invention relates to packaging for receiving and scattering small amounts of liquid and can be used for perfumery, toilet water, shampoo and so on, as well as for dusting sterilized or sterilizing substances in medicine, in the field of food products, for repair purposes when applying varnish for example, on damaged parts of cars and for spraying means for the destruction of agricultural pests and weeds.
The purpose of the invention is to inte
making up section 9 of the fracture (Fig. 6).
Channels 4 and 5 have parallel sections 10 with the same cross section, wherein sections 11, which are located along a tangent to chamber 6, have turbulence: they are tapered and curved relative to parallel sections 10.
The container 3 for the liquid can be made with a dividing wall 12, forming in the container 3 two chambers 13 and 14 (Fig. 11), the chamber 13 being completely filled with liquid, while the chamber 14 is filled with another
sifikatsi process of spraying with one-liquid and contains air. By first pressing in the direction of the arrow 15, the separating wall 12 is squeezed into the chamber 13. Fluids from both chambers 13 and 14 can be mixed inside of disposable packaging.

Packaging for receiving and spraying small amounts of liquid has two sheets connected to each other.
1 and 2 films, the first of which is flat and the second with a cavity forming a capacity of 3 dl are bones, and a system of channels 4 and 5 communicating with the cavity. The second sheet 2 is made with an additional cavity forming the swirl chamber 6, channels 4 and 5 made in the second sheet
2, the main cavity engulfing and communicating with the chamber 6, the eddies diametrically opposed to each other along the tangent to the latter, while the nozzle 7 is coaxial with the whirlwind chamber 6.
In addition, the package is provided with a means for holding the liquid in the container 3 before spraying, which can be made in the form of a removable lining B attached to the first sheet 1 of the film 1, and also in the form of discontinuous sections of the first 1 and second 2 sheets between capacity 3 for fluid and swirl chamber 6.
it is opened by repeated pressing, after which the mixture can be sprayed through the nozzle 7 by means of subsequent continuous pressing.

Instead of an overlay 8 in the region of the said fracture section 9, a prechamber 16, which is connected to both channels 4 and 5, can be provided next to the tank 3; however, with the help of the predetermined rupture portion 9, the prechamber 16 is separated from the reservoir 3 as long as it contains liquid . For easier separation of the predetermined rupture section 9, the capacitance 3 adjacent to the region 9 can be made with a bevel 17 in order to perform a wedge effect on the predetermined region 9 with pressure from the fingers along arrow 15 (Fig. 6) and to easily separate sheets 1 and 2 films.
In the first embodiment (Fig. 7), the tearing section 9 is made as an adhesive compound 18, in which a groove 19, extruded in the film sheet 2, is glued to the film section 20 of the sheet 1.
In the second embodiment (Fig. 8), the tearing section 9 is made such that after the sheet 6 is joined to sheet 2 or during this connection, a recess 21 is formed, whereby a groove 22 is created in the flat sheet 1, which is in the groove 23 of the sheet 2 film.
According to the third embodiment (Figures 9 and 10), the flat sheet 1 is made

from aluminum and glued over with a thin thermoplastic film 24, for example, polyethylene. Both sheet 1 and film 24 do not have any interruptions or breaks, and nozzle 7 is made at the center of chamber 6 swirls simultaneously with deep drawing. After filling the container 3 with liquid, the sheet 2, opened from above, is covered with a flat aluminum sheet 1, pasted over with exactly the same thin polyethylene film 24, after which the sheet 1 and the film 24 are heat and pressure welded in such a way that liquids, while the overall system of channels 4 and 5 is open due to nozzle 7. The connection of a thin polyethylene film 24 with a flat sheet 6 in the region of the fracture section 9 is so weak that when you first press on arrow 15 on the container 3 Tilenov film 24 is opened from a flat aluminum sheet 1 so that taper 17 to a predetermined open or break portion 9 can flow into liquid which is conductive with the channels 4 and 5.
Flat sheet 1 can be made
from plastic, for example polyvinyl chloride-30 with an additional cavity forming
la, and can be glued over with a thin polyethylene film 24. In addition, sheets 1 and 2 can be made as a single whole, with both sheets connected to each other along the longitudinal edges with a fold. After filling the container 3, the flat fox 1 can be connected by laying along the sheet 2. In this case both sheets are welded with compaction.
Packaging for receiving and spraying small amounts of liquid works as follows.
The fluid is in the container 3 and, if the opening of the nozzle 7 is closed by means of a removable lining 8, it is held by air in the system of channels 4 and 5 or separated by a predetermined gap section from the system of channels 4 and 5 which is open to the outside. When the thumb presses on the container 3, the predetermined section 9 of the rupture opens and some liquid enters the system of channels 4 and 5, so that the air inside it exits through the constantly open nozzle 7. When you press the container 3 again, it is empty to the system of channels 4 and 5, and because

The liquid tapering in the direction of the nozzle 7 of their cross section is accelerated. The accelerated fluid in the swirl chamber 6 is twisted before and finely sprayed out of the nozzle 7, j In this case, the spray cone has a constant shape containing the smallest mist-like droplets of liquid.
The proposed package allows to provide an exactly predetermined spraying effect without any extraneous aids, while the drying of the liquid in the canal system is ruled out, since the packaging is intended for one-time use.
